Download the MacOS app from here:
https://support.sonos.com/en-us/downloads
After starting the app, choose Connect to an Existing System and follow the prompts.
After you connect to your system, remove the old Music Library:
https://support.sonos.com/en-us/article/remove-your-music-library
Then add the new Music Library:
https://support.sonos.com/en-us/article/add-your-music-library-to-sonos
