track selection not working

When I search for a song or artist and the list of suggestions appears, if I tap on the song I want nothing is happening. Instead I have to tape the dots at the end of the title and press the play now or play next buttons.

This is happening on both iPhone and iPad

only recently started doing this after 10+ years of owning this system.

i still find the app they kindly dumped on the community last May is still not as robust as its predecessor, despite the numerous updates in the past 12 months.

Tapping a track plays it fine here, on iPhone…

Force quit both apps and restart them - see if that helps. If not...:

Ensure both iPhone and iPad apps are Updated to the latest version at the App Store.

Then go to Settings / General Settings / System Updates / Check for Updates, and update your system if it needs it.

Sign out of your app on your iPhone and iPad, and turn off the iPhone and iPad.

Turn your router off, leave it for two minutes then turn it back on again and let it fully reboot.

Turn on your iPhone and iPad, then log back into the Sonos app again.

See if any of that helps...
