Just moved to Tidal from Spotify and now I can’t do artist radio in the Sonos app.

So many threads about this but no resolution? 

Come on Sonos, any update? This is ridiculous.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with using Tidal artist radio on your Sonos system.

As previous Tidal Artist Radio issues in threads you reference may have been resolved, do you mean the option to play the Artist Radio is missing in the Sonos app, or are you experiencing a different issue? If you can take a screenshot of what you see in the app and share it here, I can follow up with the team for more information.

Also, if you haven’t already, I would recommend making sure you Sonos system and Sonos app are both up to date.


I assume ​@half_brick is referring to the fact that on Tidal the “artist radio” function just lists a bunch of individual tracks, with no way to play or shuffle them all, aside from adding them to queue one by one.
