I cannot connect to my Sonos devices using the Tidal app (neither Android nor Apple). It briefly connects but then disconnects. Any idea what to do?

Add your TIDAL account to the Sonos app and play using the Sonos app.

Thanks Rhonny, I have that feature, but I want to be able to play straight from the Tidal app.

Hi @Showboat68, welcome to the Sonos Community!

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with Tidal Connect.

We recently had an issue with playing Tidal playlists on Sonos, where some users also noted that that Tidal Direct Control wasn’t working. This should now be resolved, at least following what others have been saying in the Tidal Playlist threads.

If you’re still having issues, I’d recommend rebooting your Sonos system by powering off all your speakers for one to two minutes, then turning them back and try to play from the Tidal app.

I hope this information helps!

Hello, it is not true that Tidal Connect is fixed.... it still doesn't work... only Tidal playlist playback in the Sonos app is fixed,..see my thread:
