The controls are not intuitive on my phone. Slow to respond. Volume goes down between use.

Sorry to hear of the issue you are having.

Rebooting your router by switching it off for 30 seconds may improve the latency, but for the volume changes, I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.
