the app does not let me sign into my account

i have had the app for about 4 months. At first everything was working perfectly fine and all of a sudden it logged me out of my account and when I tried to sign back in, it redirected me to the website and the “sign in” sign was still appearing. it has been like this for the past couple of months and in the meantime, the app logged me out of my Apple Music account, which is very similar to my Sonos account and now I cannot login into my Apple Music on the Sonos app so basically I just cannot use the speakers from you because I used them mostly to listen to my music from Apple Music and set on my alarms in the morning

! Please help me do something about this issue!

In addition, some people have reported issues if JavaScript is turned off on their browser. If you continue to have issues, I’d suggest you call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.

Bro try deleting the app and reinstall/log in.

I did delete the Sonos app, then added it again, now it will not let me sign in to my account. It tells me to connect to the internet which I am already connected to. I cannot use the app.
