It is the worst app, ever!! 

It is extremely slow to respond (if it responds at all) and always has connection issues!
 

i started thinking it must be my wifi but it’s most definitely not because every other app and service works perfectly well.  I’ve now resorted to just using my Spotify app which is amazing as always and doesn’t seem to ever be bogged with these issues!

So disappointing Sonos! We didn’t need a new looking app but just a better working app!! 

I agreed with you 100% get the application back to where it was, I don’t have access to my own library. I think Sonos is pushing us to depend on music services, after purchasing 9 speakers, I must have the option to my own library ! 


I too agree, I am seriously thinking of selling all mine and buying a working system from BOSE.
