You took away so many excellent user features, for example mono on port what happened to changing channels for Wi-Fi? Intuitive function has gone  completely away. It is almost impossible to use this update as almost everyone of my Sonos customer has said to me and that’s about 40 people not one of them likes the new update. Is there anything you can do to go back to the last Sonos S2 it worked basically perfect signed a very frustrated Sonos sales person/Installer!  Signed a tired Installer getting service calls because of your app!

They really didn’t “take away” anything.  The app was a ground up rewrite, and they released it half-finished, so the features will be coming in the future.  Some you mention have already been released on iOS:

I have been a Sonos owner, fan and it is the product I recommend.   I’m really frustrated with the issues on the latest update and I really hope the app, layout, lag and speaker connectivity issues get fixed ASAP.     

 

I didn’t ask for the “features” and just want to hear my music and have it work.   This update is a major mess and it could not have been tested fully.
