It seems if you disable talkRADIO and talkSPORT skills and enable Wireless skill, voice activated works without skipping and cutting out. At long last, but I have to say no thanks to Sonos.

As you've found, there seems to be an issue with the talkSport and talkRadio Alexa skills - we've reported this to Amazon as well as the Skill provider, and as a workaround in the meantime we recommend disabling those skills from the Alexa app, and specifying that the station be played from TuneIn in your voice commands, for example "Alexa, play talkSport from TuneIn"
