System owner login

I have recently moved and have brought some but not all of my system with me. I have a new router. When setting up, I can see the components I want to add (sub and play 1s) but when I try to add them I am asked to sign in as system owner. I then end up in a loop and can’t add anything. Any suggestions?

Are you sure you are using the correct email address and password?

You could try using the Transfer System Ownership option in the app. If using the new Sonos app, sign out of any logged in account prior to commencing this process.

Try deleting the app and reinstall the app.

Yes, tried that and rebooting router and speaker. Still keep being asked to login as system owner to do anything in the app.

I get asked where I want to transfer it to.

Interestingly, I’ve installed the app on an android phone today and I don’t get asked to sign in as system owner on that
