I have purchased a synology Beestation and after some initial problems managed to connect it to my Sonos. It worked OK for about two weeks playing my music library through my Samsung tablet then lost connection. I have tried reconnection using original file path with no success,I get either " something went wrong " or " access denied " messages. I have tried all the usual remedies, Any Ideas?

Sorry to hear of this issue you are having with playing content stored on your Synology device.
If the “usual remedies” did not include rebooting your Synology device and your router, please try doing that - please reboot your router by turning it off for at least 30 seconds, and reboot the Synology device afterwards.
If this does not help matters, I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.
