Since the rollout in May, I have consistently had problems switching radio stations using the phone app.
About 80% of my listening is on about five radio stations. The rest Spotify, Sirius, etc. When changing from NPR to say, WXPN, it may take several minutes to get it to "catch" and make the switch. Thoughts?

Then I’d suggest a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it.
There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.
When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.

Sounds like difficulty in the controller reaching the speakers to change the station. I’d be looking at the wifi interference FAQ, and also performing a network refresh, by powering down (unplugging) all the Sonos devices, then rebooting the router. Wait a couple of minutes before plugging back in the Sonos.
