Basically the title says it all. I renewed my subscription and it shows I am subscribed in my account, but I still am hearing the Sonos ads and can't skip songs. I’ve refreshed the app several times, logged out and in, nothing seems to work. Don’t like paying for a service that’s not working.

Is the Sonos Radio icon showing as red or black?
Have you tried re-authorising Sonos Radio in the Sonos app?
Go to Settings > Services & Voice > Sonos Radio > Reauthorize account
