Since the new app update my sub won’t now add to the app or system. I can’t remove it because it’s not registered. It seems the app has thrown it off

Same problem here. After much work, I got it to be recognized, but caused many other issues with the rest of the system. I have unplugged it for now and am waiting for a new release to fix these issues. Very frustrating.

I’ve actually just managed to add it to the system. I managed to do it through my iPad. Not sure how but it’s fixed. I believe there have been many issues!
Can you also software update it ? Adding two new ONE’s, and they all fail when trying to update them !
