Can’t play Stingray with Sonos app….I cannot delete the service either, the sonos app displays that it can’t find the service. The Stingray app works fine both on IOS and on our ‘’cable boxes’’. I have deleted and reinstalled the Sonos app, same problem.

 

If any one knows how to fix this it will be much appreciated!

Same here. Service not available, but can not remove service. But also can not remove Stingray stations from Sonos favoriets.

 


It seems that we are in the same boat Hans! I saw on Stingray’s website that their service is no longer compatible with the Sonos app(just the new version??). We can no longer change the Sonos net channel either……Best of luck!

First, we’d like to thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us and our CEO, Patric Spence. We’ve received a great deal of feedback thus far, on both the improvements made as well as where we fell short. We expect that feedback will continue to roll in, so we’ll be working through it all in the coming weeks. We also recognize that there is more work to be done on the Sonos App, and want to provide you with an update.

We’re happy to share that we delivered a software update on May 14 reintroducing the ability to add and edit alarms, as well as initial screen reader improvements for iOS VoiceOver that will allow users to more easily navigate the app. If you are missing these features, ensure that your Sonos App and products are all up to date: https://support.sonos.com/article/update-your-sonos-speakers

Over the coming weeks, we will reintroduce the below features, while fixing bugs and addressing performance issues:

-Additional improvements for screen readers for visually impaired customers: May 21
-Adding to queue and playing next: early June
-Sleep timer: mid-June
-Local music library search and playback: mid-June
-Update Wi-Fi settings: mid-June

Vous parlez de la nouvelle version du app Sonos? Je crois qu’ils sont au courant de certaines des ‘’lacunes’’ mais pas toutes. Ici ça fonctionne relativement bien, si vous avez des questions spécifiques, il me fera plaisir de tenter d’y répondre, mais je ne suis qu’un utilisateur moyen. Il est un peu difficile de rejoindre leur équipe de support par courriel sauf si vous utilisez l’addresse de courriel de leur ‘’CEO’’ sur les façons de les contacter sur leur page d’aide. J’espère que vous allez réussir à faire tout fonctionner de façon optimale!


Ah oui, j’ai vu sur le site de Stingray que leur service n’est plus disponible via le app Sonos……Vous pouvez à la rigueur utiliser air-play (Apple) ou bluetooth à partir du app Stingray.

I inquired with Sonos, they say that many improvements for their new app are coming in the next few weeks, it’s unfortunate for the users how many flaws were still present upon the release….🙄🤷🏻‍♂️.
