I have no way to use whole home sonos & help desk not able to solve why most rooms/options have been removed, No solve in site. room deleted and we are not able to add back in. Only arc & beam in bedrooms work. Has anyone heard of a solve to bring “whole home” back on line? A ton of $ spent and the app has no use

Not much indication of detail in your post, so I’ll start with a much more generic answer. Try wiring a single Sonos device to your router with an Ethernet cable, wait five minutes, then open your controller.
