App asks me to create new system on starting up each day. Worked out that if I sign out and sign back in I can access. Is there an easy thing I'm missing to stop this issue. Until recently my wife just opened her tablet and got it on but now she has to remind me to switch the radio on & if I'm out she can't access

Have you tried updating the app to yesterday’s update, just in case it might solve it?
Yes thx. I'm wondering if it's because you can't use two devices at the same time. Feel sure it use to work ok on both but it fails to start up on my phone but only intermittingly
