Hello,

I can play search and play Spotify, but everything is greyed out on saved Playlists and Albums

I have been using Sonos for the last 6 years with Spotify and now i have changed my Spotify to Family. Now everything is greyed out for my playlists and saved albums, but i can still play songs outside of those sections!

Any idea what is going on?

Hi.  Try removing Spotify from your services and then add the service using the details of your Spotify Family account.

Are different members of the family going to be using their accounts on Sonos?  If so then this may be helpful:
