I’m hitting a snag with Spotify playback on my Era 300 using the Sonos app (v80.06.04, iOS 18.2). Songs start but stall after 10-15 seconds, showing “Unable to play – connection to Spotify lost.”
Details:
- Setup: Era 300 (firmware 19.4), iPhone 14 Pro, home Wi-Fi (Netgear Orbi, 2.4/5 GHz).
- Issue: Spotify Free account, direct control via Sonos app. Other services (Apple Music, radio) play fine. Reauthorizing Spotify in the app doesn’t help.
- Tried: Rebooted router and Era 300, reinstalled Sonos app, checked Wi-Fi signal (strong). Logs show “Error 1002” during Spotify playback.
