Spotify not an option in music services sonos 2

I was forced to update to Sonos 2. Now Spotify will not connect to my speaker. Also can’t see spotify as an option on music services on the Sonos 2 app. Spotify just saying connecting but never does. Got latest updates to app no help. Any one got any ideas? Speaker is basically useless to me if I can’t get it to work.

How where you “forced to upgrade”? That should not happen, unless you want to add new devices (Arc, Five or Sub Gen3) and want to have all devices on S2.

Is it just you Play 3 that doesn’t connect? Have you tried if the S1 app maybe does still see it?

I tried to set up speaker in new home. Sonos 1 app said I had to update to sonos 2 to get it to work. So I did. Now it says it’s not compatible with Sonos 1 app. I can connect my play 1 but I can’t get Spotify to work at all
