Hello,

when I now search for a song etc my app only looks at my library but no longer Spotify. This is happening in both iOS and Android. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but no success. Any idea what is going on?

Have you removed Spotify from your music services in the Sonos app and re-added it?


Hi yes on both my phone (android) and iPad.


Try restarting your phone and iPad and resetting your router.

Thanks for replying again but this has not worked either. The only way I can get it to work and search is to start the search in the Spotify app first, then it will open and allow a Spotify search.

It used to work fine


Try this:

In the Sonos app, go to Settings > App Preferences and tap Reset App. Then close and reopen the app.
