Try the follow ing in the orde listed
- Unplug all Sonos
- Sign out of Spotify
- Check you routers admin page for updates and install if available
- Reboot your router
- Power cycle your iOS or Android device
- Make sure your device and the Sonos app are up to date
- Sign into Spotify
- Plug-in your Sonos 1x1 and let each come back B4 moving to the next
- Test your Sonos
If no joy….Submit a diagnostic within 10 minutes of the next occurrence, post the reference ID in this forum and call Sonos Tech support or contact them via Twitter or Facebook. You may have a failing network card in your Connect: Amp.

Can you see and use the unit when using the Sonos app?
