I have a Spotify premium family plan and until recently all my devices were able to connect to my Sonos players via Spotify Connect. Now my wife’s phone (iPhone 12 Pro running latest iOS and Spotify app versions) can see my Sonos devices but will not connect once we select one. My phone is fine however. 
 

Any ideas?

Try deleting and reinstalling the Spotify app and restarting the phone. You can also try removing Spotify from your music services in the Sonos app and re-adding it.


Reauthorizing the Spotify account through the Sonos app fixed the issue.
