spotify, audible and amazon music connection issues

All Of a sudden I cannot connect to any of my 3rd party streaming services like Spotify or Amazon music through Sonos. “Connection is lost” or cannot add to queue.

 

the spotify app works and I can then add the music to the  Sonos speakers that way.

 

Alexa voice controls have also stopped working on Sonos products where they are built in.
