Speakers randomly ungrouping with Controller for Mac 16.3.1

Since updating to Sonos Controller for Mac 16.3 and 16.3.1, my grouped speakers randomly ungroup.

I have a small home and group all my speakers except my Beam:

 

Twice today and several times in the last few weeks, the speakers will ungroup themselves.

Is this a known bug of Controller for Mac 16.3? My Mac OS is Sonoma 14.6. Or could this be a bug in the current Sonos app for iPhone?
