Why? When was this EVER a problem? Ever since the car crash update 3 or more years ago blocking the use of iTunes playlists etc. You all know the one?! I have  had Sonos for a decade until that update it was stellar, since…. let’s not go there…. money spent Sonos do not care, obviously… sorry my router is in a cupboard...

Mesh systems work. Not sure about range extenders as they can sometimes use a different SSID and so it breaks up the Sonos system.

Thanks Rhonny,

I am on a Mesh system, hence sent message out, luckily have a day off!! 😀

Looking at network on settings now… I will let you know

Very odd. Has your system worked for you previously or is this a new mesh?

@PRooke

Also, are all your apps up to date on all devices, and have you gone to ‘Settings - General Settings - System Updates - Check for Updates’ to update your speakers’ firmware.

Work this one out then, I have lived here 3 years! Everything is updated (always). … I went into the app... settings - network and there I found an old network that I have not used since I moved house, along with my current one… I deleted that everything went dead, rebooted router, re-opened app, settings - network clicked on my ’network’

All speakers are now working…

Hoorah!! Good news indeed. Glad it didn’t take your whole day off to sort it.

(But do also check for the system update).

I did not know there was ever an update that blocked the use of iTunes playlists?
