speaker not playing based on alarm time

Hi,

 

We have 5 Sonos speakers in total, using Wifi setup to connect to the speakers. 4 of them are grouped whereas one is individual speaker. (4 Sonos 5; 1 Sonos Era 100)
We have set alarms from 730AM to 730PM and the playlist are from SoundTrackYourBrand (12 hours in the settings).

However, the alarm is only trigger/playing on the individual speaker as shown below:

I’d suggest, the next time you can get this to occur, you submit a system diagnostic and call Sonos Support to discuss it. Don’t post the resulting diagnostic number here, they get sensitive about GDPR.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
