Speaker adjustments missing from app?

Just factory reset my playbar, surrounds (sonos one’s) & sub and updated the app.

Everything is working however now there is no way to adjust surrounds or sub. Used to be settings for all this.

There were some distance settings for surrounds & you could adjust sub.

All now is the volume, night sound, & enhancement.

Touched every part of every screen I see nothing but it’s supposed to be there.

Have it on android phone & ipad. Both are the same.

Not there.

Why did you Factory Reset? Are the players and controllers up to date?

Have you added the ONE’s and SUB to PLAYBAR?

In the Sonos app under System, select the room with the Playbar, Sub, and Ones. Then scroll down to Sound. All of the settings should be listed here including EQ, Trueplay, Surround Audio, and Sub Audio.
