Same issue and timeline from France. Some songs play but most do not. Unsurprisingly unsurprised with this integration and the issues that always seem to be possible.

Same here UK on S1 app - was on with Sonos chat they know of no issue - reset the system, router, uninstalled soundcloud and re added - no change can't play anything off Soundcloud but everything else works - unable to play song as not encoded properly.

Asked me to call the helpline - come on Sonos this is an issue work on a fix.

I had to do the same, tech chat with Sonos that took an hour to no avail.

Is there any way to ping @SONOS  here? 🤔

I’m glad others saved me the hassle of rebooting 20 Sonos devices…same issue here with SoundCloud, obviously a system wide issue not just individuals. I listen to SC 99% of the time so this is crippling… @SONOS Send Help!

Exact same issue here. Denmark.

Seems like a Sonos software issue.

_Very_ few tracks on SoundCloud still works, but majority not. From one day to another. All tracks and mixes I've been listening to many times before.

Yes yes yes all same problems and timeline. Fully reliant on S1 app as all early hardware. I won’t try any of the fixes till I hear more so thanks all for saving me a frustrating Sunday afternoon.  I’m not a paying subscriber to Soundcloud- don’t know if this has a bearing or not…?

Same here. Sonos S1 app with the same error. Every other platform has zero issues.

For those still not working…try re-adding tracks to playlist instead of trying to play from prior playlist

Anyone else experiencing the same issue again? Seems like it may be back :-(

Reauthorize your soundcloud account did the trick for me.

go to manage services → soundcloud → (yourname) soundcloud → reauthorize account.

follow the steps and try again. Worked for me at least.

Hello all, unfortunately I am having the same issue, from yesterday, unable to contact anyone at sound cloud, could anyone who has successfully attempted to get this service running again plz, walk me thru the fix, would be more than happy for all assistance, n.b., I didn't understand the last options to get the system working, a better simplified explanation would be greatly appreciated, thx much..........

Same problem back again…. most likely this is an API issue between sonos and soundcloud and not fixable on user side. ping @SONOS

neither reauthorise or remove and add again worked for me.  Frankly quite ridiculous and the ability to report with either Sonos or Soundcloud is woeful.

I'm on the S2 app.  I had to reauthorise, exit/start the Sonos app, try to play something new that I hadn't already tried to play before.  That worked, I could then go back and play the tracks that errored before.

Just another day with Sonos.
