Have had an issue for few weeks when tapping on a track on my soundcloud feed on S1 app, it plays a completely different track on the feed, if i press 3 dots and hit play now it plays ok, you used to just have to tap on the track and it would play

Seemed to have solved problem, i noticed on my soundcloud feed the track i hit was playing the track 3 tracks down on feed. This was consistent, i had x3 folders at top of my feed from x3 people i follow, they had tracks inside these folders. i unfollowed them on Soundcloud app and folders dissappeared, all tracks on my feed now played correctly, i re-followed on soundcloud app and these folders didnt reappear. bit long winded but solved.

Have you forced the S1 App to close and restarted it or rebooted the controller device?

Evidently you didn’t spend $3 and get the SonoPhone app.. maybe you have an android device and can’t.

I’d be tempted to submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it. Don’t post the resulting diagnostic number here, they get sensitive about GDPR.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
