1st. Love Sonos. HATE THE APP. An email back takes 1 month

Now why is the only service not working is SoundCloud 

Rather than an email, which isn’t how Sonos support normally functions, why don’t you call Sonos Support directly to discuss it?

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.

Identified - We've identified a problem with SoundCloud on Sonos and are working with them on a fix. You may not be able to browse SoundCloud menus in the Sonos app until it’s resolved.

I have Bruce and I sincerely thank you for writing. I just can not understand why it constantly goes offline and I have to do a reset. They are connected via ethernet. Great sound. Horrible app


All the Sonos app does is point to the streaming company’s servers, mostly, and certainly in the case of SoundCloud. It is up to the streamer (SoundCloud) to own and maintain the server with the Sonos API. Sonos doesn’t own, maintain, or control that server. 


I know that part.  I'm always frustrated when one moment Sonos is working just fine and then nothing. It literally is plugged into the modem and less than 4 feet away.  Anyway . Privilege problems. It's working now without SoundCloud.  Lol

You might want to add Mixcloud for your music so you have something else . Similar to SoundCloud. The only two music servers I listen to.
