When did you last update your app and run a system update in the settings?

Have you attempted any of the troubleshooting suggestions in the linked thread?

My speakers are set to autoupdate and I checked again last night and everything is up to date, this is the same for my app and desktop controllers.

My Router auto reboots every Sunday night and the soundbar I have tried restarting multiple times and it doesnt fix the issue.

You could wait to see if a mod replies here, or you could contact Sonos Support to see whether this issue is resolved with fix available or is still outstanding.

This suggestion is a bit off topic regarding the volume dot gone missing but I’ll mention it as an FYI. I see you have been a member of the Sonos Community since 2017. Cheers! So I assume your weekly reboot of your router has served you well.

However, with today’s routers that are designed to run continuously regular reboots aren’t really necessary. Reboots are typically only recommended when frequent issues are encountered.

Constant Reboots for Sonos products can be problematic  as it interrupts their constant communication across your network. Also it may cause connection issues for Sonos such as duplicate IP addresses unless you have assigned specific IP addresses for your Sonos devices.

This is just speculation but you may want to be sure you are still signed into the app on your device given the frequent reboots.

All said I’d take the previous advice given and contact Sonos Tech support. Good luck!
