I was one of the loudest fans of Sonos after latest software update I can’t stand my system I have to disconnect router and all speakers every time I want to use if not a solution am ready throw all in garbage and go with another system which is an expensive proposition i tried to call customer service said 55 minute wait chat had no one available

same here. I'm looking for a bin big enough to contain all 9 rubbish speakers. 

Sonos Team please start making ice-cream instead, forget about the speaker market.
