I recently moved my music from PC to Mac and now Sonos refuses to see it. I go into the usual manage settings to add music from my computer or external drive, find my music folder on my Mac (which is on the Mac’s SSD) andI get the error “Sonos unable to add the music folder. Access to the shared folder is denied- check the user name and or password”. I have checked and re-checked that the folder is shared but do not know what else to do. It was so simple on my PC!!!
Any help please?
