I have a Play 1,3 & 5 (1st gen) They havent been used for a while so I thought I would set them back up.  I made an error thinking the 5 needed to be downgraded when in fact it was the 1 & 3. The online chat got me through this and now all three work in the same room. I tried to connect back to Amazon Music and Alexa. It lets me go through the initial screens via Services & Voice, but when I press 'Authorize' I can see the button react with the grey background on the button coming up but nothing else happens. I can add Sonos radio channels without problem.Can anyone please help?

Investigating - We’ve identified a problem with Music Services on the Sonos S1 system, and we are working on a fix. You may not be able to add music services to your account on Sonos until it’s resolved.

There is currently an ongoing issue with adding new services to a Sonos S1 system.
