After a dozen calls to the Sonos help desk the Sonos app won’t update any changes that I make in iTunes. I have made changes to the firewall, checked and rechecked the music folder settings, and other checks and changes that are to numerous to mention here. The Sonos Help Desk has been anything but helpful. I’m open to any suggestions.
