Does anyone else have problems playing Spotify through Sonos arc ultra and surrounds with sky glass, I’ll be playing music and it’s cuts out to TV even though TV isn’t on?

Sounds like the TV is doing something rude in the background.
You can try to update the TV and fiddle the settings, you might get results.
If you watch for the glitch, submit a diagnostic ASAP, no more than 10 minutes, and call Sonos they can usually see what the TV is doing that is causing the issue.
