Sonos will not recognise my administrator password

I am running the S2 App on my iMac, i can play Sonos radio/Tunelm from my computer so I know the system is working.

However when i try to add my music folder, so i can play my own music, I get to the administrator login and it keeps saying password or username is incorrect (I have checked that my credentials are correct by shutting down and restarting) 

I have followed every step I have found online regarding file permissions and firewalls, but I am still no further forward, the system has worked in the past, but its been so long I can’t remember when it last worked.

As you have done everything all that is left is a call to Sonos support.
