I had this on my MacBook but tried to reset it as it wasn't sensing my system (which I’ve had over 10 years).

Now I’ve downloaded it I’m getting messages about the firewall. I give up.

Sonon works when it feels like it.

Sounds like some sort of network issue. Did you call Sonos Support to discuss it?

When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
