Sonos volume not working with Amazon Music

I just started using Amazon Music Unlimited with my Sonos. No voice control, no Alexa etc. 

  1. Start Amazon Music app
  2. Select Song
  3. Change output device to Sonos
  4. Music plays
  5. Cannot change volume within Amazon Music
  6. Go to Sonos app - volume changes
  7. Play using Spotify - no problems

Welcome to the Sonos Community!

Please ensure both the Amazon Music app and your Sonos system are up-to-date. If they both are, please then try rebooting your phone/tablet and test again before opening any other music/media-related apps on your device.
