Sonos update has destroyed my music experience

The recent update has destroyed my music experience. As soon as I start a song once at a speaker start going up in volume the other one is off. 30 seconds later the other one comes on and my other two fade to zero. This happens for the first 2 minutes of the song and again towards the end in the beginning of the next songs. Can't access the EQ next to the volume controls anymore but more so the speakers and the app now have multiple quirks to the point or I'm using my Bluetooth speaker and my phone to play music. 

I need them to pay to get the geek squad or somebody out here to fix this. I've called multiple times and stayed on the phone for hours trying to resolve this. Didn't work!

I'm extremely disappointed.!!!
