sonos update

Went to use my sonos to find it has been updated. This update has completely disabled all my speakers. Can do absolutely nothing with. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app to no avail. How is this sorted??

Try unplugging your speakers from power for about a minute and reboot your router and phone.

Thanks for your suggestion. Unfortunately that hasn't worked either.

If you are on Android, download 16.1 apk, uninstall the new app and reinstall 16.1. Then turn off auto updates on the app within Play Store, also turn off firmware updates from within Sonos pp.

 

If you are on Apple, unfortunately I understand that there is no path back until Sonos make the new app usable again, which hopefully they will https://support.sonos.com/en-us/article/the-new-sonos-app-and-future-feature-updates
