I live in a studio apartment my Sonos speaker is in the bathroom. My router is in the living room on the other side of the bathroom. There’s a closet between the bathroom and the router I can’t seem to get the system to recognize the speaker it keeps telling me to unplug and replug in the router. It still doesnt recognize the sonos speaker. Any ideas how to fix this?

Temporarily wire the speaker to the router and give the speaker the current WiFi credentials. This might help.
Refrain from Factory Reset without further consult.
