SONOS system no longer working, "Queue is empty"... "something went wrong"...WTF is going on with this crap SONOS?!

 

SONOS state 55 minute on hold with no hang up / call back!!! WTF??

 

It is now over ten days without any ability to stream music or navigate off the Sonos app which states queue is empty.  Their customer service tech supports is #@&$ and that is being kind.  How if we all started a class action law suit.

People keep asking about a class action lawsuit, and not one has actually talked to a lawyer.  I find that curious. 


The queue is playing no sounds coming out. And the queue disappearing
