Sonos system has not worked since new modem and router

I can see that I am now alone - however I am beyond frustrated.  It has been several months since I installed a new modem and router.  At first I was able to struggle to get my 3 components on the network, however I had to add them each time I used the system.  After a month, I have been unable to get my system running again.  Repeatedly I have reset each component, restarted the modem and the router, added each component….only to have one or none appear in my system and then only on one device (usually my iMac.)

 

My system is totally broken now.  It is a weekend now and of course after negotiating the website only the chatbot is available, which says I have to call later for an agent. 

 

I am a very unhappy long time Sonos  customer.  Arrgh.
