Have had Sonos for over 12 years. App and customer service absolutely suck!! All they are concerned with now is selling their b******* services. Any recommendations on the best wireless speakers now? So tired of my playlists disappearing or having to reauthorize my account. Just b*******… isn't even odd to me that they don't bother to respond to all of the criticism and issues we are all having. Just another f*** you, we don't care…

OK...so you’ve had your Sonos for over 12 years and now you’re complaining? Due to your fowl language I have no inclination to offer assistance. BTW...Next time (if there is a next time) check your spelling before you post!!!!!
