Hello @Dikon, welcome back!

Does the crash occur right after trying to open the Sonos App? Can you try uninstalling the Sonos App and delete any Sonos folders and files that have been created, shown below:

/Applications - delete Sonos from here (uninstalls app).
~/Library/Application Support/Sonos - Delete folder.
~/Library/Preferences/com.sonos.macController.plist - Delete if found.
/Users/Shared/Sonos/Shares.plist - Delete if found.

~ sign above is your "user's home folder”.

If you still experience issues and are unable to successfully launch the Sonos App, I would suggest contacting our Sonos Support for further live troubleshooting, feel free to share this community thread with them for the logs.
