I moved to an area with Dish Fiber and I can connect the Boost to it, but nothing else.

The app simply says “connect the product to power” and I do that - the progress bar goes on for a minute and says “ we were unable to connect”

This was such a wonderful product but it is headed to the dump if it cannot be fixed.

What products are in your SONOS system? Describe your network for us. Give model numbers. Are you using the SONOS S1 or S2 controller?
