Anyone have issues with Sonos Roam playing Apple Music?? I have always gotten an error and continue to get an error and it will not play no matter how many time I connect to my account.

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing issues playing Apple Music on your Sonos Roam.

I would first suggest a quick reboot to refresh the network connections, in the following order: router → Sonos → controller (smartphone/tablet).

After that, if you are still unable to play, then please remove and re-add the Apple Music service via the Sonos App.

That should do the work, but if it doesn’t feel free to reach out to our Support Team for some live troubleshooting.

They have tools at their disposal to provide you with information and advice, specific to your system and what it reports.
