My Sonos Radio recently stopped working (all the other services work fine, on all 8 speakers)

The APP says “Your Sonos Radio account access has expired” 

  •  when I try and reauthorise it, it fails. 
  • it says “Couldn’t sign in” 
  •  even though I am using my valid account 

Is there some way you recommend that I can have my account re-validated?
